Terms of Service

We provide concrete contracting services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, slab and foundation work, decorative concrete, repair, sidewalks, retaining walls, pool decks, and garage floor coatings in Little Rock, AR and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to a written estimate and project agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Free estimates are non-binding until a written contract or project agreement is signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if site conditions, scope of work, or material requirements change after the estimate is provided.

We will notify you in writing of any significant changes to project cost before proceeding with additional work.

Payment terms, including deposits and final payment schedules, are outlined in the project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Arkansas law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work on a project in the event of non-payment.
