If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or engage our services.

Advanced Little Rock Concrete Company provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Little Rock, AR and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, retaining walls, stamped concrete, and related services as described on this Site.
The information on this Site is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and scope of work.
All estimates provided by Advanced Little Rock Concrete Company are based on an in-person assessment of the project site and the information provided by the customer at the time of that assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Estimates are not binding contracts. A project begins only when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope, price, and timeline. If conditions at the project site differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate visit - including but not limited to hidden utilities, unexpected soil conditions, or changes to project scope requested by the customer - the final price may be adjusted. We will notify you of any adjustment before proceeding with additional work.
All prices are quoted in United States dollars.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, permit processing times, and weather conditions. We will provide you with a projected start date when your project is confirmed. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather or other conditions outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or permits have been pulled may be subject to costs already incurred. We will communicate any applicable fees clearly before proceeding.
We reserve the right to cancel a project prior to commencement if site conditions are found to be unsafe or if required permits cannot be obtained. In that case, any deposit paid will be returned in full.
Payment terms will be specified in your written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling and ordering materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless a different payment schedule has been agreed upon in your written agreement.
Payments not received by the due date may be subject to late fees as specified in your written agreement. Advanced Little Rock Concrete Company reserves the right to suspend or decline future work for accounts with outstanding balances.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of your project agreement.
To ensure the project can proceed as scheduled, you agree to:
Advanced Little Rock Concrete Company is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other buried features that were not disclosed prior to the start of work.
Any workmanship warranty provided by Advanced Little Rock Concrete Company will be specified in your written project agreement. Unless stated in that agreement, no additional warranties are made, express or implied.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop hairline cracks over time due to normal curing, temperature changes, soil movement, and other factors. Minor surface cracking that does not compromise structural integrity is considered normal and is not covered under workmanship warranties unless specifically stated otherwise.
